The Indigenous based co-ed program is located on Manitoulin Island. The program is conducted completely on the land, weaving traditional culture with therapeutic best practise and outdoor experiential learning to offer a full spectrum of care. Individuals applying to this program must be physically able to manoeuvre various outdoor terrain & be outdoors for extended periods of time. All equipment is supplied. This program is designed for Indigenous applicants but open to all Ontario residents as long as they are open to Indigenous programming.

This program is for individuals that have successfully completed a treatment program in the past 6 months. Individuals in this program will benefit from a safe, supported environment where they can practise recovery strategies learned during treatment. Geared to Indigenous applicants but open to all Ontario residents as long as they are open to Indigenous programming. Residents will take part in daily circles and must be working, going to school or taking part in volunteer opportunities while in this phase of the program.

A gradual transition to either independent living, or living with their family, and full reintegration into their community. Participants will be offered appropriate referrals to community services and peer support groups. At the same time, staff will maintain contact and offer support via meetings, phone, text message and social media.
