The Marathon RAAM Clinic offers community based, low barrier services for patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders. The RAAM Clinic focuses on addiction medicine and offers both medication and psychosocial interventions to meet individual goals. Services include: - diagnose substance use disorders (e.g. opioid /alcohol/ stimulant use disorders) - prescribe Suboxone for opioid disorders - prescribe Naltrexone and /or other anti-craving medications for alcohol and other substance use disorders - overdose prevention education and take-home Naloxone kits - brief addiction counselling - referrals to community services for addiction and social services
