The Counselling Services offers structured, short-term clinical services to those individuals experiencing challenges in their life. The focus is to educate and motivate individuals towards developing goals and skills that will support their mental and emotional well-being. Mental health intake screening assesses if a client’s needs fit within the scope of the counselling services. Appropriate referral suggestions may be offered as part of the intake process.

This program is for individuals who are thinking about or ready to quit smoking tobacco or vaping. Patients work individually with a Registered Nurse to develop a quit plan to address strategies and methods for quitting, overcoming barriers, managing withdrawal symptoms, and preventing a relapse. Free nicotine replacement therapy is available to those who qualify.
