Students will attend Section 23 classroom settings during the week with access to weekly therapeutic sessions.

The Brief Therapy service offers children, youth, and their families access to therapeutic support focused on a particular area of concern that is most meaningful to them. Providing time-limited, goal-oriented therapy that is strength-based and designed to support children, youth, and families who identify a specific area of need they would like to work on. This approach emphasizes building on existing strengths and focusing on achievable goals to create meaningful change in a short period of time.

Provides counselling services to children and youth, and their families. Addresses a range of more acute complex mental health issues, including emotional, behavioural and/or psychiatric symptoms that impact functioning in the home, school, or community

This program promotes secure attachment and healthy relationships between young children and their caregivers, supports emotional and behavioural regulation, enhances developmental outcomes (e.g., cognitive, social and language development) by identifying and addressing mental health concerns early.

Offers flexible short and long-term therapeutic support, offering both individual therapy and groups. Incorporates non-traditional healing methods and community workshops to destigmatize mental illness and promote well-being.

The Walk-in Clinic provides a single focused session to children, youth, and families seeking immediate support for a specific concern. It’s designed for families and children to work with a therapist to co-develop a plan designed to address presenting concerns. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis.
