This program provides short-term, focused supports for children/youth, and their families, to address specific emotional, social and/or behavioral concerns. This support will help individuals build upon the knowledge, skills and abilities they already have, to achieve an identified goal.

This program provides a range of support services to parents/guardians and their children from infancy to 6 years of age who are experiencing emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties. These may include brief services, counselling, intervention, groups, or workshops.

The Single Session Therapy service provides quick access to therapy services for children and youth up to 18 years of age, and their families. Individuals and/or family members meet with a trained therapist, providing the opportunity to voice their concerns, identify a plan to resolve it or support them in reducing its impact. Every Single Session is unique and is strength-based and solution-focused.

Utilizing a harm reduction approach, counselling is provided to young people who are experiencing a mental health issue and a substance use concern. Support is offered to parents/guardians of these identified youth. This program helps to identify and achieve goals as youth work to minimize the impact of the substance use and/or mental health challenges. Support may be offered in individual and/or family sessions.

An assessment and treatment program for children and youth with specific special needs and who are experiencing mental health-related difficulties. Support is also offered to parents/caregivers.

Family Solutions is intended to support parents/caregivers who are open to a shift in their thinking when it comes to parenting, which could help with improving family functioning.
The program uses the Circle of Security model to focus on relationship building skills, making healthy connections, validation, and learning about demonstrating empathy.
The goal is to offer skill building strategies which will serve as a solid foundation in establishing improved family relationships, as well as gaining a better understanding of your child's behaviour.
This is an up to 12-week intensive in-home and community-based service with sessions offered Monday through Friday.
