Hospice Toronto

The Young Carers Program (YCP) supports children and youth (5-18) who have assumed a significant caregiving role for a family member living with chronic or terminal illness, a disability, a mental illness or addiction, or a language barrier. YCP provides therapeutic, educational and recreational programs for Young Carers. The programs provide Young Carers a safe space to explore their caregiving role, develop skills, foster resilience and growth, and take a break from their caregiving role.
