What Type of Services Do We Provide? - Crisis Intervention - Counselling and Treatment - Intensive Case Management - Early Intervention (14-35 years) - Support Within Housing - Skill & Housing Retention - Psychiatric Consultation and Follow-up (doctor referral only) - An experienced team who provides service to individuals and families with a mental health condition. Who Do We Provide Service To? - Anyone with a mental health condition over 16 years of age - We assist in treating conditions associated with psychosis, moods & anxiety, including concurrent disorders - Response to situational stressors that affect daily living and coping - Provide support and psycho-education for family members
