The Recreation Program is for individuals who are experiencing mental health issues or illness. This social and recreation program offers a number of activities including bowling, billiards, hiking, a walking group, barbeques, movies, and a weekly YMCA program. A monthly recreation calendar is posted on the website which shows activities and locations. Most activities are free of charge.

Short-Term Residential Crisis Services works with crisis intervention. This is a short-stay residential setting with supportive counselling to provide stabilization; and an alternative to custody for people who have come into contact with the criminal justice system and are in need of non-medical crisis intervention in a residential setting. The model of service is individualized according to the needs of the client.

AccessMHA helps individuals find mental health, substance use, addiction support, services, and care. AccessMHA works with individuals to refer them to services, while supporting them through the process. After reaching out to AccessMHA, the individual in need will be paired with a trained mental health, substance use health and addiction intake specialist, who will connect them to the services they need from a network of partner organizations.

The Concurrent Disorders program provides a holistic treatment approach for individuals that are experiencing both addiction and mental health issues. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Community-based service offered in the client’s environment of choice
- Individualized assessment and treatment planning
- Supportive counselling
- Service navigation and coordination
- System advocacy
- Personal advocacy
- Family support and education
- Linkage to CMHA HPE’s consulting psychiatrist
- Relapse prevention and crisis planning

Provides case management in community and office settings including supportive counselling, psycho-education, symptom management and coping skills, social and recreational activities, health care and social services navigation/support.

Treatment based on evidence-based practices for stages of change and utilize cognitive behavioural and harm reduction approaches. Frequency, duration and focus of counselling is based on individual needs and can be accessed by phone after initial assessment if necessary.

Provides services to individuals negatively impacted by their own or someone else's involvement with gambling. Services offered include: intake/screening, supportive consultation, assessment, treatment planning, referral, and supportive counselling. Strict confidentiality is ensured.

The Justice Case Manager provides community-based assessment, intervention, follow up and direct service to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use issues and/or have a dual diagnosis and who have had involvement with the criminal justice system or other courts. The Justice Case Manager may be included in the planning of court diversion plans for individuals who are at various stages within the criminal justice system and require extended case management services. This can include liaising with crown attorneys, police and court officials and providing consultation as requested.

Provides evidence-based psychotherapy to assist/support individuals in increasing their sense of well-being and mental health through the resolution or reduction of troublesome thoughts, compulsions, behaviours, beliefs, and/or emotions.

The Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) Program, is a housing program with addiction support. The ASH program provides addiction case management services along with a housing supplement to assist individuals with problematic substance use. The ASH program assists individuals who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or inadequately housed, secure and maintain safe, stable and independent housing.

Opioid management program with rapid access to counselling, assessment, treatment and case management services for opioid use. Through a partnership with primary care, access to substitution therapy is available as well as linkage to peer support with an agency partner.

The Transitional Mental Health Case Management program is a short-term case management program for individuals with mental health issues whose needs have been identified as high priority and require a rapid response. This program delivers services in coordination and collaboration with community agencies and primary health care providers.

The Addictions Counsellor – Youth Substance Use Support & Treatment Program provides community-based support and treatment services as part of a community substance use program for youth. Screening and assessment is completed to ensure the most appropriate services are offered to the individual .

- other community-based youth services
- facilitating internal and external referrals

The LGBT2SQ+ Case Manager works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing case management services to LGT2SQ+ individuals with a serious mental illness and/or substance use, who are living in the community. Staff work in partnership with acute care hospitals and community service agencies to provide assessment, intervention, supportive counselling, service coordination, and follow-up.

The Mobile Community Withdrawal Service (MCWS) is an outpatient service available to individuals seeking support while experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or opioids. This service is suitable to individuals who can safely withdraw from alcohol or opioids in a supportive community environment, like their home or the home of a family member/friend. Withdrawal management support is provided by a Nurse Practitioner and Addiction Counsellor.

Provides single session solution focused therapy with an aim to assist/support individuals in increasing their sense of well-being and mental health through the resolution or reduction of troublesome thoughts, compulsions, behaviours, beliefs, and/or emotions.

The Justice Housing Case Manager assists and supports individuals with a serious mental illness and/or substance use issue who are being released from custody, who have had recent and significant contact with the criminal justice system and are in receipt of or eligible for a rent subsidy offered by the organization. Staff support individuals with maintaining their housing.
Staff collaborate with other service providers to provide:

- follow-up to individuals

The Back to Home Program is a highly supportive treatment-based community housing program for individuals who have Addiction and Mental Health issues and are occupying Alternate Level of Care beds in hospital or in Long Term Care and who no longer require acute level of care. The Back to Home program provides a safe, supportive, and healthy living environment for eligible individuals.
