Provides a safe and hygienic environment where individuals can bring pre-obtained drugs that can be inhaled or injected under the supervision of medical staff. Staff do not supply drugs. Drug testing for toxicity is available to the public. Program offers overdose intervention (oxygen, naloxone), health advice, teachings and referrals, and take home naloxone. Individuals can receive seamless access to social services and medical supports.

Counselling for parents, family members or significant others affected by a family member's involvement in gambling.

A free drop-in ear acupuncture treatment group. The benefits of Acu-Detox vary from person to person. Some of these may include: - Relaxation - Increased energy - Improved sleep - Increased motivation - Sense of calm - Mental clarity - Reduced stress - Improved focus - Decreased cravings - Help managing symptoms of withdrawal

Community treatment for any significant other (parents, partners, etc.) or family members who are seeking support related to someone else's use of substances or problem gambling. Program offers "Supporting your Loved One" workshop for family, friends, and caregivers. This virtual workshop will offer an opportunity to increase understanding on addiction, behaviours related to use and how to provide support without losing oneself. Workshop not offered during summer months.

Individual and group treatment for individuals with concurrent disorders and substance issues. Services are available for all stages of change from pre-contemplation to relapse prevention. Naloxone education offered to individuals who identify opiate related substance use. Counselling can facilitate to access opiate agonist therapy as needed.

Counselling for youth with substance use issues. Services are available for all stages of change from pre-contemplation to relapse prevention. Naloxone education offered to individuals who identify opiate related substance use. Counselling can facilitate to access opiate agonist therapy as needed.

Assessments and individualized treatment for problem gambling. Self-exclusion is offered for Hard Rock Ottawa, Rideau Carleton Casino, and Casino du Lac-Leamy.

Short and medium term case management services for individuals who are struggling with opioid use and are experiencing barriers to accessing care.

Intensive case management services for individuals with substance use disorder using a Housing First philosophy. Case managers assist individuals in finding and maintaining housing.

The Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) clinic is a low-barrier, walk-in clinic that individuals can attend to get help for a substance use disorder without an appointment or formal referral. RAAM clinics provide time-limited medical addiction care (including pharmacotherapy, brief counselling, case management, and referrals to community services). Harm-reduction-based program; does not require abstinence from other drugs or alcohol.

Participants help one another resolve problems with any addiction (to drugs or alcohol or to activities such as gambling or over-eating), guided by a science-based and sensible 4-Point Program®.

Coping strategies and tools are provided to help the individual and their loved ones with substance use issues. Methods are based on the tools of SMART Recovery and CRAFT Therapy (Community Reinforcement & Family Training). Meetings provide concerned significant others the tools they need to effectively support their loved one, without supporting the addictive behavior. These tools also help Family & Friends better cope with their loved one’s situation and regain their peace of mind. This group is for families of children and youth. It is being offered in partnership with PLEO (Parents' Lifeline of Eastern Ontario).
