Psychiatric Survivors of Ottawa (PSO)

Psychiatric Survivors of Ottawa (PSO) is a consumer/survivor run mutual support organization. PSO staff, volunteers and members offer peer support, telephone information, referrals, and inform and educate the community about the needs of consumer/survivors. Members drop in to meet friends, browse our mental health library, support each other and build upon skills. Services include provide peer support and family peer support within partner hospitals in the Ottawa area.
