Peer navigators work with the Crisis Teams within the Emergency Departments of North York General Hospital and Southlake Regional Health Centre. During program hours, individuals presenting with mental health an/or addiction issues in either of these emergency department locations, may be referred to the Peer Navigator by the crisis team, or can request to meet with the Peer Navigator.

Drop-by program, providing front-door access to services. Visitors may come indoors at any given time for a maximum of 1 hour. Wearing a mask in the centre is required except when a visitor is using the shower.
The Richmond Hill Drop-by centre offers front door access to:
- Peer support, system navigation, resources and referrals
- Peer support based activities
- Harm reduction resources and supplies
- Wellness items (limited quantities available)
- Personal care facilities and supplies
- Light refreshments

A central access point for information about WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and FWRAP (Family WRAP) groups delivered by various organizations in the Central Region and surrounding areas. Through a peer-led and peer-engaged group process, participants learn how to create a personalized recovery system of wellness tools and action plans to achieve a self-directed wellness vision.

A comprehensive series of courses and trainings about Peer Support and Recovery and paid internships offered within a supportive community of peers. The program is designed to support personal recovery and support individuals in entering or progressing in the peer, recovery, mental health, or social services workforce.

Harm reductions supports including:
- mobile/outreach peer support (one-on-one)
- harm reduction resources,
- presentations to various community groups
- peer-based support groups
- recovery education groups
- social/recreational activities, arts and crafts groups, group outings, and peer-support drop-in centres

Short-term support (3-6 meetings) for individuals transitioning back into the community after clinical treatment for mental health and/or addictions challenges. Offering a “Welcome Basket” of customized items within a limited budget, referrals and connections to community resources, supportive peers to talk to who understand the challenges and can provide support.

Comprehensive services for individuals experiencing chronic and episodic homelessness. Provides support to individuals who share severe struggles: including physical health, legal, and justice issues, historic discrimination and trauma, victimization, addictions and stigma. This program serves individuals experiencing chronic and episodic homelessness regardless of the contributing factors, with special focus on individuals currently not connected to or not wanting to connect with formal services.

The Application Support Worker (ASW) provides individuals referred to the program, with non-clinical case management support to complete the ODSP application process. This may include assistance with locating a physician or psychiatrist/psychologist, accessing the necessary documentation to pursue the ODSP application and support to meet the required ODSP timelines for document submission. The ASW may also arrange and accompany clients if appropriate to various appointments including the Community Legal Clinic, the ID Clinic, medical visits, Social Benefits Tribunal hearings, etc.
