Supportive housing for adults that struggle with mental health and addictions concerns. Staff work with tenants on issues of physical and mental health, reducing harm around substance use and helping them to navigate systemic barriers of stigma and discrimination.

This multi-service program has a Community Development focus that provides an array of programs attached to a central intake drop-in.

The program includes two employment facilitators on staff to support members in identifying employment goals.

Case Management services works one-on-one with a person who has serious mental health challenges and/or substance use challenges. Workers provide on-going support as needed by the person: to establish and maintain stability in their life, reaching towards their goals, and to improve the quality of their life. Case managers assist by making referrals, coordinating and navigating health care, criminal justice, housing and social services systems beyond PARC. Access to the program must be supported by the following admission criteria: - History, presence and severity of a major mental illness - History, presence or risk of homelessness - History, presence or severity of substance use in combination with a major mental illness - A serious constellation of primary health care issues in combination with a major mental illness.
