Upstream Ottawa

Upstream Ottawa provides community-based mental health services to youth and adults with a severe and persistent mental illness and to their families using a client centred approach with a focus on case management. Upstream also provides culturally safe and affirming anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed mental health and substance use services to Black youth and their families.
