Upstream Ottawa

Provides community based mental health services to youth and adults with a severe and persistent mental illness and to their families using a client centred approach with a focus on case management. Provides culturally safe and affirming anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed Mental Health and Substance use services to Black youth and their families. Provides limited affordable RGI (rent geared to income) housing options with light to medium support. Please note that housing is limited to those currently receiving mental health services.
