This program is for individuals who require professional counselling to help them deal with life's stressors. Examples of issues (but not limited to): anxiety/stress, couple conflict, grief, self-esteem, workplace stress, etc.

This program provides advocacy and support to survivors who have experienced sexual abuse and/or assault.

This program assists with assessing client needs, developing, implementing, and reviewing service plans, and working with other community resources in meeting/achieving the individual's service needs. Support offered: - connect individuals to resources, and advocacy - assess and address substance use concerns - develop and monitor service plans - working with community collaterals to service indivudual's needs - assist individuals to achieve goals and objectives

This program offers a timely response to individuals who may be overwhelmed by their circumstances or feeling that they are unable to cope.

This program provides information to people in the community from senior grade school to adults. Information on sexual/physical assault, alcohol and drugs, and mental health issues are presented in various locations in the community.
