What’s Up Walk-In® is a counselling service for youth and their families across Toronto. Come in on your own or with a friend, family member or caregiver to address depression, bullying, sexual identity, behavioural concerns, ongoing conflicts in relationships, concerns about school struggles, substance use, impact of separation or divorce, worries about how youth manage grief and self-harming behaviour, and other matters.

Counselling services are available to youth who need more intensive support than what can be addressed in our single-session What’s Up Walk-In clinic.

Constance House is a Live-In Treatment home serving youth who identify as female, including those who are cisgender, gender-fluid, non-binary or transitioning. Our program provides intensive, therapeutic support in a safe and structured environment for youth experiencing complex mental health challenges. Constance House is more than just a place to live; it’s a therapeutic community where youth are supported to heal, grow, and move toward brighter futures.
