Beausoleil Family Health Centre

Beausoleil Family Health Centre (BFHC) provides family medical care and community-based health programs, a team of nurses and other health care providers, and referrals to other regional health services. We provide culturally appropriate wellness programs and services, combining traditional and Western medical practices, aiming to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health –oral health, counselling services, nutrition services, aging at home support program, healthy babies/healthy children program, and addiction & mental health programming are some of the services provided through BFHC.
