Virtual Parent Support Group, led by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. Sessions will allow participants to share their story or strategies with others who understand what it means to be a parent or caregiver of a child (or children) with ADHD.

Youth aged 16-24 will learn more about ADHD and the impact it can have on their life.
Grounded in Positive Psychology, this program will help youth develop a toolkit of skills and behaviours that will help youth with ADHD.
Coaching topics include:
- Living with ADHD
- Managing emotions, time, and money
- Self-advocacy
- Personal goal planning

Adult ADHD Support Group run virtually on Zoom each month. They are lead by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all adults with ADHD. Sessions allow participants to share story or strategies, with others who understand what it means to be an adult with ADHD.

This group program will provide parents and caregivers with important information about executive functioning and how it impacts children and teens with ADHD.
Group members will learn tools and strategies to help them support their children with the areas of executive functioning that are challenging for them, and practice applying them in their homes.
Through a combination of psychoeducation, self-reflection, role-play, and real-life practice and experimentation, group members will gain insight and skills to help their young people be more successful.

CADDAC's ADHD Resource Navigator works with families and individuals affected by ADHD to identify ADHD and mental health resources in their communities.
This role focuses on two areas: providing emotional support to the community, listening to concerns, helping them build upon their strengths and supporting the development of advocacy skills; and assisting the community to navigate through the mental health system by locating appropriate ADHD and mental health resources such as therapy, specialists, tutors and support groups etc.

This group discusses the complexities of Adult ADHD in an interactive, supportive, and collaborative environment.
After this program, you should be able to:
- understand the wide range of Adult ADHD symptoms.
- become aware of how ADHD can impact various aspects of life.
- take proactive steps to explore non-medication approaches to managing ADHD.
- identify how ADHD medications work and how they can improve daily functioning.
- access resources that can bring positive changes to the lives of people with ADHD

This three-week introductory program will help you learn what ADHD actually is and how it can affect your child at home and school. The course aims to teach parents and caregivers the basics of ADHD and strategies to help manage adverse symptoms.
This 3-week program is meant to be a first step for parents with a newly diagnosed child. It will explain the basics of the condition, along with how it may be showing up at home and school. It will provide parents with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of their child, as well as opportunities to share their experiences with other parents.
