Workshops & Groups: Offering a wide variety of workshops and groups that will aim to support, educate, and empower our clients and those in the community. Transition Support Client Connect: Transitioning amongst services, both inpatient and in the community can be a time of additional stress and anxiety. Our client connect program can support you through this process. This involves Hospital to Hospital transitions or Hospital to Community transitions.

Family Support Group: Providing support, education and hope to families and friends who are affected by or caring for someone with mental health and/or addiction. We provide a safe, confidential environment for growth and healing by peers with lived experience. Education and Resources: Understanding the Mental health System and educating ourselves on the various aspects of mental illness is an empowering step to take for family members. The Family Worker can assist you to gather the needed information and find resources for yourself and your loved one.
