Wellness Chat is a weekly drop in program providing individuals with a single one-on-one session, for up to 30 minutes, with a social worker, via zoom or phone. Provides support to newcomers who are settling into Canada and are experiencing stress and/or challenges with any mental health concerns or issues.

The programs embraces the fundamental principles of anti-oppression, anti-racism as well as trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches when delivering services.
