This organization is a multifunctional centre with adult intensive inpatient treatment and outpatient services for males and females who use substances. Services are offered in French only. A separate treatment residence for women is provided. Youth services for young people and families are offered on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

This intensive treatment adapts to the needs of the client whose substance use and/or technology use becomes problematic. The live-in component of the intensive program uses cognitive behavioral and harm reduction approaches, as well as a structured dialectical behavior therapy program. Components include therapy, workshops, physical activities, and relaxation sessions.

The Smoking Cessation program provides education, encouragement, and assistance to individuals who are wanting to stop smoking. Counselling services and nicotine replacement therapy is offered.

Substance use, Internet and gaming addiction program operates with the following approaches: systemic family, cognitive behavioral, as well as trauma informed care and harm reduction. Community services components include individual therapy (one on one therapy) once a week when the program starts (the individual might come every two weeks and/or once a month later on), relapse prevention (six to eight sessions), and conjugal therapy. Smart recovery group also available. Program components for families include family therapy, parental counselling, parental psychoeducational groups and referrals as necessary.

This program is based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and is for youth and young adults who present with Personality Disorder traits and/or diagnosis (no formal diagnosis needed). The focus is to improve emotion regulation, to decrease high-risk behaviour and to reduce risk of harm. French to follow: Ce programme basé sur la thérapie comportementale dialectique (DBT). Le programme vise des jeunes présentant des problématiques apparentées à des traits ou à un trouble de personnalité limite (diagnostiqué ou non). The intensive program adapts to the needs of the client whose substance use and/or technology use becomes problematic. The morning is reserved for the academic component of the youth treatment program, with a full-time teacher on-site. The therapeutic component includes individual and group therapy, clinical workshops and recreational activities. Program components for families include family therapy, parental counselling, parental educational group and referrals as necessary. After discharge from this program, follow-up is provided to the client by the psychotherapist implicated in the transition phase.

This program is offered in partnership with Le Transit school, which offers children in the program a personalized education to meet the targeted educational needs, while considering the predominant nature of the clinical needs of each child. French to follow: Le Centre de traitement de jour (CTJ) est un programme thérapeutique intensif destiné aux enfants qui peinent à fonctionner dans un contexte scolaire régulier compte tenu des difficultés externalisées qu’ils présentent (p.ex., hyperactivité, opposition, agressivité, problèmes sociaux) en raison des enjeux de santé mentale avec lesquels ils vivent (p.ex., TDAH, troubles anxieux, traumas). Le Centre Ado is a voluntary day treatment program located in a neighborhood school in partnership with CAP and Transit. The Teen Center is designed to meet the complex mental health and educational needs of young people aged 12 to 18 who are experiencing emotional disruption at school, at home and in the community. Their difficulties are often more evident at school and require more intensive services than those offered by educational establishments as well as external mental health services. Le Centre Ado est un programme de traitement de jour volontaire situé dans une école de quartier en partenariat avec le CAP et le Transit. Le Centre Ado est conçu pour répondre aux besoins complexes en santé mentale et éducationnels des jeunes âgés entre 12 et 18 ans, qui vivent une perturbation émotive à l’école, à la maison et en communauté. Leurs difficultés sont souvent plus évidentes à l’école et requièrent des services plus intensifs que ceux offerts par les établissements scolaires ainsi que les services externes en santé mentale.
