Treatment services are delivered on an outpatient basis. Treatment is based on cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused interventions that are delivered one to one during scheduled appointments. Self-monitoring of progress by the individual is encouraged at all phases of treatment.

A local addictions support worker provides case management support to individuals who are participating virtually in the Concurrent Disorders Unit Day Program offered by the Royal Ottawa Healthcare Group. Support includes completing necessary assessments and referral to the Concurrent Disorders Unit Day Program, ongoing support while the individual is enrolled in the program, and follow up and bridging of services once the individual is discharged from the Concurrent Disorders program. All groups are offered through Zoom. Individual care team appointments may be offered either by telephone or other video conferencing platforms.
