This program aims to help individuals achieve their maximum level of functioning and quality of life. The Community Recovery Intensive Case Manager provides support for individuals with gaining income security, safe & affordable housing, goal planning and connection with primary care. Case Managers provide ongoing support and navigation assistance to individuals in their recovery journey.

Recovery Counselling Program provides counselling to support individuals, with addictions and mental health concerns, explore and understand their challenges and to help with developing solutions. Counselling services are primarily short-term, solution focused in nature allowing individuals to focus on their immediate need and move forward in their recovery process.

The Social Recreation program promotes holistic wellness, improves social interaction, and encourages community involvement by removing barriers, encouraging independence and assisting individuals to experience better overall health. The program teaches individuals to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle through education and skills development in the areas of social communication, leisure lifestyle development, fitness and nutrition.

The vocational/educational programs offer opportunities for individuals to learn and develop essential life skills for independent living. Individuals are prepared for employment by coaching job-readiness, teaching job search skills and assisting with resume development. Individuals can be linked with volunteer positions within the community to help build self-confidence.

Supported Housing Program provides a range of high to low supportive options. The program has 4 supervised group homes, co-operative living apartments where individuals live together & are supported daily by staff, and individual apartments both owned by the program and as arranged with community landlords.
Focus: Substance Abuse
Addiction services are offered in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Focus is on helping the individual change their habits or behavior that cause the addiction in order to end dependence on drugs, alcohol, gambling or any other form of addiction. Assessments & referrals completed as needed and goals are determined by the individual.
Focus: Problem Gambling
Providing counselling for process addictions including financial-based gambling activities and concerns related to video games, shopping, and pornography, etc. Addiction services are offered in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Focus is on helping the individual change their habits or behavior that cause the addiction in order to end dependence on drugs, alcohol, gambling or any other form of addiction. Assessments & referrals completed as needed and goals are determined by the individual.
Focus: Mental Health
Providing supports and programming to individuals involved in the court system with addictions and/or mental health concerns that require treatment opportunities. Drug Treatment Court, Mental Health Court, and the Intensive Drug Outpatient Treatment Program offer supports via daily treatment groups, weekly court appearances and access to psychiatry as needed.
The Court Support Program also assists individuals in navigating the judicial system where possible.
Court Diversion supports individuals charged with minor offences who can be diverted out of the justice system and offered opportunity to set treatment and recovery goals in mental health programs instead.
Release from Custody program provides case management supports to individuals in the community on release conditions including probation and parole.
Focus: Mental Health
Providing individual and/or group support to individuals concerned about a family member or member of their social circle who is experiencing addictions or mental health challenges. Group structure provides a forum for discussion and support in the context of common challenges experienced by those directly impacted by the addiction and mental health of other individuals in their lives.
Focus: Substance Abuse
8-week long day/evening program for people making changes to their substance use. Clients can choose one group or several groups according to their personal needs. This program offers an alternative to residential, inpatient substance use treatment and is designed for quicker, low-barrier access. Abstinence is not required.
Psychoeducational groups include: Substance Use 101, Concurrent Disorders Trauma and Substance Use, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Basics REBT, Basics SMART Recovery, Anger Management, The Brain and Substance Use, Substance Related Grief Gratitude and Values Coping with Cravings.
