Program includes addiction treatment, relapse prevention, stage one trauma treatment, and a nurturing/parenting program and is a provincial resource that provides obstetrical and addiction medical services specializing in high-risk pregnancies. There are four dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) beds for women living within the Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair Region, who are struggling with addiction, who are pregnant or have just given birth (within 2 months).

This is a parent nurturing program for pregnant and parenting women with substance use and addiction issues. Program aims to improve and strengthen the relationship between mother and child to improve outcomes for their newborns, infants, and children. A nurturing program for fathers is offered through this program.

The Family Program provides one-on-one support to individuals who have experienced an overdose. This program provides support to family members who are coping with the overdose and/or death of a loved related to opioid use.

Services offered:
- Providing addiction-related support services such as crisis support and counselling to individuals involved in the Justice System
- Providing information and referrals to ongoing treatment, rehabilitation and support resources that are specifically related to substance use

Community Programs offers brief, one-on-one crisis counselling to individuals who are suffering from substance use. This program also provides support through groups such as aftercare, and continuing care. Services are offered in person or virtually.

Supportive Housing for women with concurrent substance use and mental illness issues. Housing-first model, include rent supplement and intensive addictions case management.

The Day Treatment Program is an evidence-based, present-focused counseling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or substance misuse. It is a structured scheduled program of treatment activities provided three days per week while the individual resides at home to assist the individual to develop skills to manage substance misuse and related problems. It will directly address both trauma and addiction in a safe and supportive environment.

A virtual program to assist in stabilizing and better preparing women who are awaiting admission into a residential treatment facility for substance use problems.

Housing units are for women with problematic substance use, who are homeless or at risk of being homeless with the aim of obtaining permanent housing. Support is offered through counselling, case management, matching individuals to appropriate housing environments including landlord tenant intervention such as conflict resolution when required.

Virtual Addiction Treatment offers virtual care to individuals while providing education and support for living a recovery lifestyle. This program offers virtual addiction treatment to the following groups of individuals:
- Individuals in Pre-Treatment who are waiting to access residential treatment
- Individuals receiving community treatment who do not fit the criteria for residential treatment or day treatment
- Individuals in After Care who have completed addiction treatment (community or residential)
