Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) provides housing and support services for individuals with serious mental illness who require 24-hour supportive care.

Offers case consultations for professionals supporting youth with addiction as a co-occurring disorder, navigation supports. YCT delivers therapeutic treatment through group programing and psychoeducation presentations and workshops. YCT ‘s core programming also has a vast range of content from, education about substance and process addictions, problematic behaviours (e.g., gaming, social media use) and healthy coping and life skills. The YCT program targets youth 12-24, caregivers, community members and professionals supporting the youth population. YCT’s goal for service is to provide mass education on addictions and current challenges effecting youths ability to cope in a healthy manor. The YCT also strives to increase awareness of healthy coping options and supports available for youth in Ontario southwest.

Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) provides transitional housing and individual support to individuals with substance use issues.

Assessment and treatment for individuals struggling with behavioural issues including but not limited to problem gambling, problem spending/shopping, pornography/sex, and excessive internet use. Services include but are not limited to: supporting the motivation behind problematic behaviours, goal setting, including strategies to address underlying causes of stress and distress; evaluating and improving coping skills, planning for relapse prevention, assisting with referrals to other community supports and treatment options as appropriate, and providing education.

Crossing Bridges provides support to young people aged 12-24 with substance use addiction, behavioural addiction (e.g. gambling, gaming, sex, Internet or social media use, etc.) and/or mental health struggles.
