A harm reduction-based program for community members with a history of or current substance use issues. Focuses on promoting personal well-being, community integration and increased quality of life through participation in paid training sessions over the course of 10 weeks (2 days per week for 2 hours each session), followed by paid work opportunity (3-4 hours per week for 3-4 months).

Provides short term client centered case management from an integrated model of care. This includes, information and education around harm reduction (which includes abstinence), substance use, distribution of harm reduction equipment, advocacy, care coordination, referrals to appropriate programs/services and groups, such as relapse prevention.

Supportive housing for 13 single adult males, who have recently experienced homelessness and have experience with severe mental illness. Supportive housing provides safe, stable housing with affordable rent.

Provides daytime shelter, nutritious hot food, social interaction and access to primary care services.
Allows participants to access case management services and other supports (advocacy, housing support, addictions, mental health, trustee, and housing) in a safe and familiar setting as and when they are needed or desired.
Serves individuals who are: homeless; marginally housed and socially isolated; living with mental illness, substance use and/or concurrent disorders.
