This is a case management and discharge planning program for adults being released from a correctional facility or those involved in the criminal justice system.
Case management provides stabilization for individuals living with mental health and addictions issues and assists in the areas of housing, finances and basic needs. The program aims to support individuals in the community and thereby reduce the chance that people will reoffend.

This program offers community-based assessments and counselling, individually or in group format, to people who want to make change in their substance use patterns.
The program utilizes a harm-reduction approach.

This is a case management program, which provides services to youth who are living with mental health and substance use issues and are struggling with life in their transition to adulthood.
Individuals may be dealing with housing, financial, relationship, education, and other issues as well as mental health and addiction concerns.

This is an intensive case management program, which provides services to pregnant or parenting women living with substance use concerns.
These individuals may be dealing with housing, mental health, financial, relationship, health, education, and other issues.
Services include: helping women apply for identification, housing, Ontario Works, etc.; taking women to primary and prenatal care, mental health and methadone appointments; working with women who are struggling with opiates to assist them in the process of initiating opioid replacement treatment or work with their doctor to access suboxone; assisting parenting women in accessing programs in the community for their children including screening and early intervention programs; coordinating services; meeting clients in the community in order to provide services who are homeless or street-involved.

Youth Outreach Counsellors provide support to youth and their families when it’s needed most.
Counsellors provide free short-term counselling where support services are not immediately available or access to further community services is needed. The program is designed for youth facing multiple barriers to well-being and success. They may be disengaged from their communities or mainstream services, not attending school, not employed, or hard to reach.
This program supports youth with issues related to:
- mental health
- substance use
- trauma
- relationship violence
- human/sex trafficking
- criminal activity
- personal and/or family relationships

Counsellors and therapists provide clients with a full range of counselling services and programs in a discreet, confidential space.
This program offers support to talk about:
- abuse
- anger
- depression & anxiety
- family violence
- grief
- relationships – couples and family counselling
- sexual violence & harassment
- sexual orientation
- stress
- trauma

This program offers single-session counselling services on a weekly basis.
This service is available to children, youth, and adults of all ages, as well as to couples, parents, and families.
Some of the issues that can be discussed include, (but are not limited to):
- abuse
- depression and anxiety
- family conflict
- relationship issues
- school issues
- separation and divorce
- sexual abuse or assault
- stress
- substance use
- bereavement issues.

CHOICES is a social skills program for young people that supports youth to find the right direction in life.
This program will encourage youth to think and act positively, feel more confident and learn healthy coping strategies with other young people. The program covers topics such as: Alcohol and Other Drugs; Communication; Decision Making; Goal Setting; Coping Skills; Relationships; Self-Respect; and Social Media.
