The Primary Health Care Clinic provides services to individuals who are precariously housed, without a family physician, and without an Ontario Health Card. Services offered include: hypertension management; pregnancy testing/condoms; diabetes care; wound care; mental health, addictions, and physical health assessments; and referrals.

Short term services to individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness or significant concerns about their mental wellbeing that may be related to a diagnosis who are about to be released from custody.

Program staff coordinates and facilitates mental health education and training sessions to the community through programs such as safeTALK, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Talking About Mental Illness (TAMI), and Mental Health First Aid.

Drop-in, outreach, and individual peer support available to people living with serious mental illness and addiction. Peer Support Workers provide supportive and emotional counselling, goal setting, harm reduction, and system navigation. SMART Recovery and Mood Menders social group are also offered on a drop-in basis.
