Case managers provide support and resources for individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing mental health problems and their families.
Services include:
- assessment
- symptom management
- psychosocial and holistic health education
- skills building and development
- supportive counselling
- linguistic and cultural interpretation support
- service coordination, referral and liaison
- advocacy for service users' needs
- practical support for daily living
- educational and skills building group
- support for family caregivers and discharge planning.

Promotes self-help and mutual support among individuals with mental health issues in pursuit of wellness and enhanced quality of life. This program is part of Hong Fook`s continuum of services based on Holistic Health and Recovery approaches. Program is for individuals aged 16 and over with mental health issues who are from the Cambodian, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin), Korean and Vietnamese communities.

Case Managers help individuals and their families to access affordable and stable housing, live in the community and achieve their personal recovery goals.
Case management services are provided through individualized supports such as problem solving, risk management, coping with emotions, managing mental health issues, linking to community resources, developing positive relationships and life skills training.

This program provides services to youth facing social, behavioural, economical, educational and family challenges. For youth ages 12 to 21 of Chinese background living in North York, Scarborough and Toronto (East of Yonge). This program helps link youth to resources and opportunities in the community.

Provides support to parents by offering workshops in youth development needs. Participants will learn about self-care and ways to nurture positive parent-youth relationships.

Clinicians provide brief therapy services to Asian youths and their family members. The services can be a single counselling session or short-term counseling with a maximum of 8 sessions.
Services address concerns such as parent-child conflict, difficulties at school, behavior management, peer problems, psycho-social adjustment, anxiety, depression, and cultural shock due to immigration.

Hong Fook's Professional Training Program provides capacity building trainings on various topics to service providers and other professionals.
Topics include:

- Cultural Competency Training

Promotes mental well-being among individuals through enhancing knowledge of mental health and mental illness, addressing stigma, and building community capacity in cultivating an environment that promotes mental health.
Approaches include groups, mass media promotion, community development activities, community outreach through public presentations and displays, educational workshops and conferences, peer leadership and volunteer development.
The program is open to the following communities: Cambodian, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), Korean, and Vietnamese. Consultation is provided to service providers on mental health related issues.
