Counselling services are available for individuals who are experiencing mild to moderate, non-urgent mental health concerns. Services are time limited and can be accessed in-person or virtually.

This program is a social time for women who want to use artistic expression as a way to support their own mental wellness and to build healthy and supportive relationships with other women from the community.

The Intensive Case Management Worker (ICMW) supports youth in the community by assessing their individual needs, supporting them in mental wellness and facilitating connections to resources within ConnectWell and/or in the broader community. The Intensive Case Management Worker (ICMW) helps youth navigate the system from child and adolescent mental health services to adult mental health services. The ICMW meets youth where they are at, and in their preferred location when possible.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a program that helps people manage the stress in their lives. Using structured teachings and discussions, guided meditations, and gentle yoga, MBSR helps individuals learn how to change their reactions to stress and build habits that improve how they manage that stress. As part of this program, participants will be encouraged to set aside 20-30 minutes every day to practice the techniques taught each week.

The Mental Health Peer Support Project (MHSP) supports individuals living with mental health challenges to work toward personal goals related to their mental health and wellbeing. Peer support is available through drop-ins, topic-specific support groups, and individual appointments.
