The Mental Health Program is a community-based program that provides counselling services to individuals living with a mental illness. The program provides a practical and therapeutic process for stabilizing and/or recovery from a mental illness. Individual counselling services are generally one hour in length and are scheduled once every two weeks, or once a week depending on the individual's situation.

The General Counselling Program provides professional counselling services to individuals, couples and families. Counselling services address a range of issues including parenting, family breakdowns, depression/anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, abuse, ongoing and daily stress, PTSD, isolation, etc. that are ethno-culturally appropriate and accessible. The Beyond Baby Blues group is a 8 week group for mothers who are experiencing postpartum depression and/or postpartum anxiety. This clinical group is designed for women who are noting the signs and symptoms of distress that go beyond the short term "baby blues" that many women experience after birth. The group focuses upon the encouragement of positive bonding, reduction of isolation, and sharing information on useful strategies and supports for alleviating depression and anxiety.

The Parent Coaching program is an opportunity for parents, who have a child who is 0-6 years of age, to discuss parenting challenges and develop skills to respond to their children. Topics that can be explored include routines, setting limits, positive discipline techniques, reducing anxiety, reasons for misbehaviour, child development, co-parenting and effective communication and many more.
