Emoticon is an 8-week subsidized therapeutic program for children aged 6-11 that focuses on teaching emotional identification and regulation. Each week will focus on a different emotion and children will learn how to engage with and manage these emotions in a healthy way.

Short-term, affordable therapy program for adults, youth and children, provided by registered therapists. Therapy appointments are subsidized at $50/session. Additional subsidies available if required.

Boundaries is an 8-week fully subsidized program for women to learn a practical framework for building and maintaining healthy relational boundaries. Part of this course is a book study based on the book Boundaries by Dr. Cloud & Dr. Townsend - the only cost to this program is the cost of the book, however if this cost is a barrier the program can provide a copy. The program is offered twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring.
