Indigenous specific mental health crisis line, which acts as an additional access point to supports for Indigenous communities across Toronto experiencing mental health related crises. The line operates daily from 1400 - 0200 and provides direct access to wholistic and trauma-informed approaches to care.

Provides a hygienic environment for people to inject pre-obtained drugs under the supervision of trained staff. In addition to supervised injection, individuals are provided with sterile injection supplies, education on safer injection, overdose prevention and intervention, medical and counselling services, and referrals to drug treatment, housing, income support and other services.

Program provides case management and counselling, primarily for methadone program clients.
