Counselling and Therapy services are for families with children and youth who are experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties. A range of interventions are offered including assessment, individual, group and family counselling, consultation and parent education.

Autism services provide professional assessment, intervention, and/or treatment for children and youth, who are exhibiting symptoms of and/or have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (CAPS) program is a multidisciplinary outpatient service for children and youth who require psychiatric services to address complex mental health needs. The CAPS team connects clients with existing psychiatric service providers, that offer assessment, consultation, diagnosis, intervention, and medication management. The CAPS team coordinates and supports this psychiatric service provision by providing intake, triage, screening, assessment, medication monitoring, case management, follow-up, and discharge planning.
