Carlington Community Health Centre

Carlington Community Health Centre helps individuals take control of their personal health, and works to improve the health and wellbeing of the community as a whole. The Centre provides a wide range of primary health care and mental health services to individuals, parents and children, youth and teens, and seniors. Services are delivered in person, by phone or through virtual links. Workshops, drops-ins, support groups, community meetings, training, outreach, counselling, and education programs are available.
