Montfort Renaissance Inc. (MRI) is a francophone community health organization that transforms practices and unites communities in Eastern Ontario in order to ensure access to services and program excellence. MRI offers integrated mental health and addiction services as well as housing services to vulnerable individuals, some of which are provided in both official languages, in collaboration with various partners in Eastern Ontarian communities. Its mandate is to offer integrated and client-centered services that empower clients in the following areas: support for mental health recovery (by professionals and peers); support for the homeless; support for life in the community; litigation support services; withdrawal management (bilingual program); housing for vulnerable or aging individuals, including assisted living services; one stop access to ensure the continuity of French language health services; participation in the continuum of services in cooperation with its partners; promotion of healthy living. (MRI) est un organisme communautaire francophone oeuvrant dans le milieu de la santé, qui transforme les pratiques et mobilise les collectivités dans l'Est de l'Ontario, assurant ainsi l'accès aux services et l'excellence de ses programmes. MRI offre des services intégrés de santé mentale, de toxicomanie et d'hébergement aux personnes fragilisées, certains dans les deux langues officielles, de concert avec divers partenaires dans les collectivités de l'Est de l'Ontario. Son mandat est d'offrir une approche de services intégrés centrée sur le client qui favorise son pouvoir d'agir, en matière de : soutien au rétablissement en santé mentale (par les professionnels et les pairs aidants); soutien aux personnes itinérantes; soutien à la vie dans la communauté; soutien judiciaire; gestion du sevrage (programme bilingue); hébergement pour personnes vieillissantes ou fragilisées, offrant un soutien à la vie autonome; continuité des services de santé en français au moyen d'un guichet unique; participation au continuum de services en collaboration avec ses partenaires; promotion d'une vie saine.
