Community Outreach and Support Team (COAST) provides intensive case management and transitional case management services for individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness.
The function of COAST is to assist people in moving towards recovery and to facilitate a higher level of independence in the community. The involvement of family, friends and other supports is encouraged and welcomed.
COAST is a mobile service that provides comprehensive and individualized treatment, housing, medication, and rehabilitation (i.e., employment, finances, cooking). The intensity and duration of service is based on each person's needs and wishes.

The Road 2 Recovery (R2R) Home program offers permanent housing to individuals living with a severe and persistent mental illness.
The program is a cooperative living setting where residents, with support of staff, share the responsibility of managing the household.
Household responsibilities include:
- grocery shopping
- cooking
- cleaning and laundry
Residents are encouraged to self-manage their own medication and if required, medication support is available.

Individualized treatment approach.
Supportive counselling and educational sessions for those who are affected by someone else's substance use are also offered.

Individualized treatment planning (e.g., harm reduction to abstinence). Service available at all sites and area high schools.

Counselling on weekly basis or as needed.
Will accept family members/significant others as primary clients.
Supportive counselling and educational sessions for those who are affected by someone else's gambling are also offered.

Individuals with a mental illness and/or developmental disability who are in conflict with the law with a minor offence as a result of their illness, may have their case diverted from the criminal justice system at the discretion of the Provincial Crown Attorney.
The following options may be offered:
- diversion
- consultation and education
- coordination of psychiatric assessments
- short term case management support

This program provides opportunities for individuals with serious mental illness and family members to participate in the mental health system through self-help and peer support programs for social and educational purposes.

These services include:

- facilitated self-help groups
- community consultation/liaison

This program provides early identification, intervention, and treatment for people experiencing their first episode of psychosis to establish a system of support that will allow them to proceed with their life goals and maximize opportunities for personal development.
Provides outreach; assertive attempts made to connect with individuals who may be experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

This program aims at developing in each community, and across the communities, the capability to improve First Nations mental health and the resources to deal with mental health issues.

This program is aimed at providing culturally appropriate support and treatment for Indigenous individuals, families, and community.

Case Management support is available who are experiencing a serious mental illness and/or substance use issues.
Case Management provides assistance with:
- daily living and meeting basic needs (housing, financial)
- brief and longer-term support
- life skills development
- developing coping strategies
- employment/vocational and social activities
- navigating the mental health and addiction systems
- referrals to other community resources and coordination of support
- symptom and medication management
- crisis prevention, intervention and management
- health promotion and teaching with a focus on recovery and wellness

COAST provides services throughout the entire Parry Sound and Muskoka regions with teams in Parry Sound, Sundridge, and Bracebridge.

The Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) program assists clients with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are marginally housed and are looking to make a positive change in their lives.
Intensive case managers will work closely with clients.

This program provides counselling and case management support to individuals with opioid addictions who are receiving opioid substitution treatment (e.g. methadone, suboxone, etc.) and/or pregnant and/or parenting with substance use issues (opioids and/or other substances) focussing on supporting families with children 0-6 years.

Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) is a walk-in clinic for people looking to make changes in their substance use.
Services include assessment, initiation of pharmacotherapy as indicated for alcohol and opioid use disorders, and solution-focused counselling that is trauma-informed.
Referrals to appropriate to community partners for psychosocial supports and services, along with facilitating transitions back to primary care providers.

This program provides support to self-identifying Indigenous people who require assistance in the area of substance use assessment, treatment, support, advocacy, and coordination.
Addiction services include prevention, community treatment, referrals to residential treatment, and wellness planning.

The teams include outreach counsellors, a social worker, a nurse and a peer support specialist. A nurse practitioner sees each client.
Clients receive two points of contact from their care team a day either by in-person appointments or virtually. Our team works with clients in a trauma-informed, harm reduction based approach offering a balance of Indigenous and Western approaches to help clients work toward their goals.

Crisis Support Services provides telephone support service. Any person in crisis may call.
