Offers: mobile crisis intervention and counselling to older adults; short-term intensive case management; harm reduction and concurrent disorders service; limited primary care and nursing; mental health and substance use assessment, counselling and referrals.

WoodGreen’s Walk-In Counselling service provides single-session counselling to address a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, anger management and difficulties with work, school or relationships. The programs works with clients to identify their most pressing issue and discuss strategies that can lead to positive change.
Same day, free, in-person and virtual counseling sessions available on a first come-first serve basis every Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Anyone can access. No referral. No eligibility criteria. No health insurance. No cost. Individual, couple, and family sessions available

Therapeutic and supportive counselling, therapeutic group support and case management support to individuals meeting the eligibility criteria. The program works with clients from an anti-oppressive, mental health recovery, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction framework.

Comprehensive Care and Integration Specialist Team (CCIS) is a partnership between WoodGreen Community Services, Cota and St. Michael’s Homes to support clients with complex health needs. CCIS works with clients to develop individual Coordinated Care Plans and support their care providers to work as a team. CCIS goal is to bridge the gap between acute and medical care providers and the community sector.
Comprehensive Care and Integration Specialists connect clients to essential services and supports; coordinate follow-up care; and provide intensive case management, counselling, and advocacy support on housing, legal, financial and immigration issues.

The Social Work and Full Circle programs offer individual, clinical supports to people aged 55 and older living with mental health and/or substance use issues, cognitive issues (i.e. dementia), frailty, and other psychogeriatric conditions related to the aging process. Psychogeriatric specialists help clients problem-solve and learn new strategies to manage their health and improve well-being.
The Social Work team offers one-on-one support, including case management, therapeutic counselling, and information and referrals for services and supports. Services can be provided for up to 6 to 9 months. Clients who require longer support may be referred to the Full Circle program, run by a team of psychogeriatric specialists who deliver services for up to 12 to 18 months.

The Caregiver Support & Wellness program is designed for individuals caring for a family member, partner or friend living with dementia or other physical, mental, or developmental issues.
Our clinical counsellors provide one-on-one counselling to help caregivers problem-solve, prevent burnout, and improve their health and well-being. The support group offers a safe space for caregivers to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Youth Outreach Team (YOT) offers services predominantly for youth who are:
- living with mental health and/or substance use concerns;
- open to youth who are unhoused / have no stable housing
- require frequent support;
- have not been successful in other programs;
- have frequent emergency room visits and/or inpatient stays
The YOT is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and intensive community-based program consisting of a Navigation and Resource Specialist, Psychotherapists, Youth Support Specialists, Peer Support Workers and Psychiatrist
