Addiction Services offers individual and group counselling on an outpatient basis for people who experience problems with alcohol, drugs, or gambling. Family support and education are also offered. In addition, Addiction Services offers residential withdrawal management services. Our mission is to provide intensive level, evidence-based treatment that is integrated within a broad continuum of health and social services. Strong relationships with community partners promote the provision of state-of-the-art mental health care for the communities we serve. William Osler Health Centre's mental health team is committed to providing high quality treatment, tailored to the individual needs of outpatients. Our treatment team is composed of behavioural consultants, a crisis intervention worker, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists, psychiatrist, psychologists, recreation therapists, and social workers. William Osler Health Centre provides a wide range of mental health services to its communities. Its strong, interdisciplinary team works collaboratively in providing the best possible mental health care through the lifespan.
