REACH provides intensive mental health treatment and education services in a local community high school to prevent hospitalization or to support students as they transition from the inpatient unit into a community setting.
Services include: psychiatric assessment and treatment, individual, group and family counselling, life and social skills training, family support and education, as well as academic programming in partnership with the Halton District School Board.

This service provides a one-time consultative assessment and treatment recommendations to family physicians to support patients with mental illness.

Provides community treatment order (CTO) coordination as well as some limited case management support for those on CTOs.

Provides intensive day hospital treatment, including psycho-education, medication support, coping strategies, and case management, for individuals with anxiety and depression illnesses.

Provides assessment, diagnosis, and time-limited individual or group treatment for individuals who experience a mood and/or anxiety disorder.

An outpatient, community-based program for people experiencing, or having recently experienced, their first episode of psychosis, and have received less than 6 months of treatment with an antipsychotic medication for psychosis. Services include: rapid psychiatric assessment, treatment based on individual concerns/goals including education about psychosis, assistance with work, school, social and leisure activities, specialized support to family members and friends, addictions counselling, and introduction to other community programs and planning for management of illness after discharge from the program.

The Older Adult Mental Health Clinic provides assessment, consultation, treatment and follow-up services to older persons with mental health issues, including behavioural and psychological complications associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
