8 week psycho-educational program for individuals living with a serious mental illness to quit or reduce the use of tobacco products. After the group sessions, bi-weekly check-ins are available for additional Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) supplies and counselling.

The Bridge to Recovery program is an intensive, comprehensive, short-term service for individuals who have a mental illness.

The Cleghorn Early Intervention Clinic serves individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis and who have been treated for psychosis for one year or less. Services include: rapid assessment, diagnosis, optimal use of low-dose medication, neuropsychological testing, psychotherapies, psychosocial rehabilitation, psycho-education, family support, addiction support, and peer support.

Assessment and treatment unit for older individuals who present primarily with mood disorders and late onset psychotic disorders with attendant age-related issues which are complicating recovery.

Comprehensive assessment, and group and individual treatment for individuals with obsessive/compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The Women's Health Concerns Clinic (WHCC) provides clinical services to women with mood and anxiety disorders associated with reproductive lifecycle changes, such as menarche, perimenstrual periods, and pregnancy/postpartum, and the menopause transition/postmenopausal years. Service includes psychoeducation, psychotropic treatments, and group therapy.

Group-based, outpatient program for the treatment of eating disorders. All individuals receive a complete assessment, including a psychological and nutritional assessment, as well as a psychiatric consultation. Individuals diagnosed with an eating disorder will be offered a place in a symptom-interruption group, and will also have access to a body image group.

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) treatment for individuals with symptoms of depression or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The Young Adult Substance Use Program (YA-SUP) provides youth and young adults evidence-based treatment for their substance use concerns.

The inpatient program provides clinical care and treatment for the symptoms of a mood disorder. Treatment includes pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and education and support concerning the illness provided to patients and their families.

Schizophrenia Outpatient Clinic (SOC) provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders. Schizophrenia Outpatient Clinic (SOC) is also open to consultation, appointments specific to diagnostic clarification and medication reviews.

Patient and Family Collaborative Support Services is comprised of a number of peer-driven initiatives in the Mental Health and Addiction Program.
-The Mental Health and Wellness Resource Centre and Family Resource Centre both provide mental health and related information to mental health consumers, family members and the wider community.
-Peer Support Providers offer one-to-one and/or group support to individuals who are using either inpatient or outpatient services.
-Family Liaison Peer Support provides both one-to-one and group support to family members.

Inpatient care for patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, offering assessment, rehabilitation and treatment for refractory patients.

The Developmental Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Program is a a community-based mental health service for individuals with an intellectual developmental disability, including autism and complex mental health needs. The program provides assessment, treatment planning, and education to clients, families and other support services.

Therapeutic Recreation services are open to all registered inpatients and outpatients of the SJHH Mental Health and Addictions Program. One-on-one service includes assessment, goal setting, support with implementation, and evaluation of progress. Therapeutic Recreation also coordinates recreation therapy participation programs and events.

Short-term specialized geriatric psychiatry services through assessment and treatment for: patients diagnosed with dementia with age-associated behavioural difficulties or mental illness, patients with severe mental illness that develops later in life, individuals with chronic severe mental illness who develop age-related complications, and individuals with complex physical problems who have developed associated mental illness late in life.

Community treatment orders (CTO) provide community-based treatment, care and supervision for those with serious mental illness. A CTO Coordinator offers education, assessment regarding CTO criteria and CTO implementation.
