The Mental Health Crisis Team provides services to individuals who are in a situational crisis and require emergency housing (up to 5 days). Individuals will be housed in either a domiciliary or motel in the community based on funding allowances.

Provides a range of therapeutic services to adults who can be considered to have mild to moderate mental health problem. Program offers assessments, individual and group counselling, case management and support to families of individuals who have been referred. Group therapy is offered in addition to individual therapy.

The team provides assessment, consultation, support and counselling to seniors living in their homes, or community residence. Support and education are provided to families and staff. Staff work collaboratively with family physicians, community organizations and health care professionals.

Treatment is provided to individuals with persistent and recurring mental illness. Priority is given to frequent users of mental health services who require a high level of support due to symptoms of a serious mental illness.

First Episode Psychosis Program (FEPP) provides early intervention and treatment for psychosis. The goal of treatment is remission of symptoms and community re-integration, using effective medications as well as other interventions to promote recovery and prevent relapse. The On Track program is linked with many community partners who can support recovery.

The ECD project is an addiction treatment service for women who are pregnant and/or have children less than six years of age. This service is to help mothers to reduce or stop consuming alcohol and/or other drugs that are dangerous during pregnancy and/or that are getting in the way of healthier parenting. The program will assess, support, advocate and provide counselling in an individual and family format.

Peer Support Workers support individuals and family members in taking an active role in recovery. Peer Support workers bring a unique perspective to their work through their own lived experience with mental health issues and or addictions and can encourage individuals to have hope for recovery.

The Supportive Housing Program assists individuals with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of being homeless, or are marginally housed who want to make positive changes in their lives. The program provides stable housing linked to support services and intensive case management that is flexible to meet individuals' needs, goals and service plans.

This program assists in transitioning youth from children and adolescent addiction and mental health services to adult addiction and mental health services.

This program increases access to services for individuals with opioid use concerns. The program focuses on the needs of individuals and their families. The program provides case management, counselling and referral. It is based on client-centre care, takes a harm reduction approach and works collaboratively with community partners.

A community services program for pregnant and parenting women with substance use. This program provides increased access to opioid use treatment through the provision of case management, counselling and referral with a focus on the individual's needs and those of their families.

A structured, scheduled program of counseling and early recovery skills for individuals with substance use disorders, typically provided five days per week (e.g., 3-4 hours - daytime) while the individual resides at home or in another setting to assist the individual to develop skills and manage other related problems.

The program provides day observation for individuals experiencing withdrawal signs and symptoms. The program provides the individuals and their family with the knowledge and assistance to safely facilitate their withdrawal process. The program provides initial screening and assessment.

This program provides mobile outreach and home visits for individuals who can safely withdrawal from substances in a supportive community environment.

Counselling program provides clinical services to children and youth and their families in a variety of settings including home-based and office based. School based mental health services are provided in designated English public and catholic schools in Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. The counselors are assigned specific schools each and attend providing on site counselling.

The Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team provides telephone and face to face triage, assessment, intervention and linking to appropriate resources for individuals with mental health issues. The Mobile Team works with hospitals' emergency departments, school boards and community agencies to provide suicide risk assessment, safety planning and referral to community services.
