The intensive live-in treatment program utilizes a holistic approach to recovery, which focuses on changing behaviour through an examination of values, beliefs and thoughts.
The clients involved in this program share the treatment process with individuals also struggling with addiction in many forms, including drugs and alcohol.
Individuals attending this group program can expect to spend their 4 weeks with staff who support their goals for change through examining their own roots of addiction and pre-disposing factors, their relationships, their own emotional and mental health, their physical health and leisure skills, and their spirituality. The program aims to focus on areas needing improvement as well as individual resiliency and strengths.

The Youth addiction program, provides a four-week substance use treatment program.
This program includes group therapy, individual counselling, education sessions, life skills development, and introduction to self-help and leisure and recreation opportunities.

Individual/group counselling and education sessions examine grief and loss, coping skills, relapse prevention, stress management, leisure and recreation.
On site self-help meetings are available. These are women only groups within a restricted living and group room area.

Support is available in one-on-one appointments or in group sessions where appropriate for gambling and other behavioural addictions including gaming, problematic screen/internet use, overspending/shopping and problematic pornography use/hypersexuality.
Individuals are suported with their behavioural goals, whether that is to stop completely or simply cut back and learn limits. Focusing on the roots of the behaviour in order to help make change effective, including work on self-esteem, grief and loss, developing a balanced approach to leisure, relationships, stress management, mindfulness and relapse prevention.
The program recognizes that addiction issues can also occur alongside mental health difficulties. The program incorporates a trauma-informed framework in assisting clients.

Services for youth who are experiencing problems with gambling, gaming, and screen overuse behaviours include individual counselling for themselves as well as options for familial/guardian involvement based on the individual needs.
Services focus on exploring family and friend relationships, education on the effects of behaviours, building self-esteem, encouraging a balanced leisure life, increasing emotional awareness and healthy expression and supporting behaviour change and integrating family/caregiver supports for lasting change.

Community Treatment encompasses a variety of outpatient treatment options that are available to individual clients and their families appropriate to this stage of life.
Services are delivered in an individual or group format and on an outreach basis as needed. The focus of this service is to assist in many areas including but not limited to: stabilization and readiness for change; treatment planning; coping with grief and loss related to recovery & aging; examining role of addictions in family and relationships; developing stress management skills; spiritual exploration related to recovery & relapse prevention planning.

The Eating Disorder Programs offers treatment to youth and adults with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and other eating disorder specified in the DSM-V.
Treatment in this program involves a two-track approach. The first is geared to the normalization of eating and stabilization of weight in order to eliminate the effects of starvation or chaotic eating patterns. The second, is focused on addressing the underlying issues that contribute to the onset and maintenance of the eating disorder.

The Community Treatment - Accord program offers case management and community treatment services for those experiencing both addiction and mental health concerns.
Diagnosis of the mental health issue is not a pre-requisite of this program. We offer mental health screening, referrals and linkage with a psychiatrist as appropriate. Individual counselling, group counselling and moderate level case management services can be accessed.

The women’s only group program utilizes a holistic approach to recovery that focuses on supporting women in changing behaviour through examining values, beliefs and exploring the issues often related to addictions (i.e. self-esteem, relationships, abuse, shame).
The program empowers women to take control of their lives in a healthy way by building on personal strengths. Utilizing a variety of treatment models and resources based on individual needs and Best Practice guidelines. Topics covered include coping skills, stress management, relapse prevention, leisure skills and recreation, shame and self-compassion, grief and loss exploration, and relationships.

The Transitional Aged Youth (TAY)/ YOC - Youth Outreach Counsellors program provides specialized treatment and navigational supports to youth who are struggling with substance use.
Working within an inter-professional practice team, the specialized case management service will provide direct care and assist young people and their families to navigate the system of services to meet their individual needs. The target population are young people who may be using poly-substances, including opiates, or are struggling in school, are homeless, or are involved in the criminal justice system and/or living in remote areas.

Support is available for individuals who are experiencing problems with behavioural or process addictions. This could include video gaming or overuse of screens, over-spending, and pornography.
Individual counselling is available, as well as assistance for the family members affected. The focus of this service is to assist in many areas including but not limited to: education and awareness, increasing readiness for change, examination of issues related to recovery, examining role of the problematic behaviour in family and relationships, developing coping skills for stress and relapse prevention planning.

The family member program provides individual and group counselling options for family members and those concerned about someone else's gambling or behavioural addictions.

- developing coping skills for stress management.

The Women's Day Treatment Program is a specialized program for women that works towards reducing the barriers for women who want a live-in treatment experience but who cannot make the commitment, by allowing them to reside in their own supportive living arrangements during the treatment experience.
Women can address their addiction concerns with the support of other women in a safe environment. The program includes education of the effects of psychoactive substances, gambling and other behavioural addictions.
Individuals are supported as they explore the issues often related to addictions (i.e. self-esteem, relationships, abuse, shame) while empowering women to take control of their lives in a healthy way by building on personal strengths. A variety of treatment models and resources are utilized based on individual needs and Best Practice guidelines.
