Community-based outreach teams provide provide assessment and psycho-geriatric consultation in the client's own environment. Clinics include the Late Life Mood Disorder Clinic, General Geriatric Program, Memory Clinic and Neuropsychiatry. The clinics also provide groups on health and age-related topics, consultation to community agencies, advocacy, education and support to the clients' family members and community education.

This program provides individual and group counselling and support to Black youth and their families who are dealing with problematic substance use and mental health concerns.

The Youth Addiction and Concurrent Disorders Service offers treatment to youth and their families who are concerned about their substance use, with or without a concurrent mental health concern. Broad range of services for youth, including specialized outpatient groups and individual counselling, case management, day treatment, psychiatric consultation and two day programs: REACH (Recovery and Education for Adolescents Choosing Health) that allows youth to combine treatment and education, and Youth Day Hospital, an academic day treatment program.

Consultations to family doctors and other health care professionals regarding children and youth (and their families) who may be experiencing any of a variety of adjustment, emotional, behavioural or family difficulties. Comprehensive assessments provided to children and youth along with their families.

Mood and Anxiety Services provides consultation for children and adolescents, aged 18 and under, with concerns about anxiety or mood disorders. Time-limited treatment including cognitive behavioural therapy and psychoeducation in individual and group formats.

Brief, goal-focused individual therapy for children, youth and families to help learn new ways to deal with problems related to complex disruptive behaviour.

Concurrent Youth Inpatient Unit (CYU) is an inpatient unit providing developmentally informed care for youth with concurrent disorders: a moderate to severe addiction to substances and accompanying mental health challenges.

Recovery and Education for Adolescents Choosing Health (REACH) is a day treatment program provided in partnership with the Toronto District School Board that offers clients the opportunity to earn secondary school credits while participating in treatment for addictions and concurrent disorders.

The Youth Day Hospital (YDH) is a day treatment program, provided in partnership with the Toronto District School Board, that serves young people requiring more intensive outpatient support for stabilization, assessment, and treatment to prevent hospitalization. YDH works with young people to plan for transitions to lower-intensity services while supporting academic functioning.
