This group is for children and youth with parents who are separated/divorced. The core topics include understanding divorce and separation, normalizing divorce and feelings around changes, divorce reactions and expectations, and considering the positive aspects of separation and divorce. There is a mandatory review session at the end for the parents to participate in. This parental session highlights the risks and benefits of communication, the importance of co-parenting and structure and consistency, as well as how to establish circles of support.

Pathway Navigation is a single session for families and/or adolescents to discuss their concerns and create a plan. Families will then be placed on the waitlist for the appropriate program as determined in discussion with the Pathway Navigator.
